Who is it for?
Youth aged between 18 and 45 from the nine states of the Niger Delta region: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers are eligible to participate by registering on the Youth Resource Database.

This portal provides us with voluntary information of an average Niger Delta Youth between the ages 18-45years. This system is developed to enable us identify, and analyse potentials to properly harness, place, develop, and empower us to achieve our desired goals.
